Terms & Conditions

  • Cards must be presented in order to claim the benefits.

  • “Guest card holder” refers to one other person who may share the benefits with the principal card holder and is the only other person entitled to claim the benefits provided by membership.

  • Cards are non transferable.

  • Benefits can only be enjoyed by the named card holder, their guest card holder and their friends who accompany then when dining to a total of 8 people including card holder(s).

  • All cards must be signed in order to be valid, and we must have received full contact details for the main and guest card holders. We reserve the right to ask for additional identification. 10/16 Ltd and The Hawarden Brasserie reserve the right to alter, amend or withdraw offers at any time and without notice.

  • Latest offers will always be available to view at www.thehawardenbrasserie.com/diamond. If we believe that you are misusing the card we may take any action we feel appropriate including withdrawing you from the dining club and ceasing benefits.

  • Other discounts are not available in conjunction with your Diamond Club benefits.

  • Priority reservations. A limited number of tables will be allocated to Diamond card holders on Friday and Saturday nights and these can be booked on a first come first served basis.

  • Where your party is more than 8 people, only the card holder(s) choices will be eligible for discounts, then the least expensive starters, mains and desserts chosen by the group as a whole to a total of 8 starters, 8 mains and 8 desserts.

  • Should your card be lost or stolen there will be a £5 replacement charge per card.

  • At the Hawarden Brasserie your Diamond Club card discounts and special offers do not apply on Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve or for Valentines menus nor at any speciality evenings. At Brasserie 10-16 your Diamond Club discounts and special offers do not apply on Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, on Race Days or for Valentines menus nor at any speciality evenings.

  • If you have any doubts over whether discounts may or may not apply when you visit the restaurants, please ask a member of staff.
