1. The 50% off all meals at Hawarden Brasserie and at Brasserie 10-16 competitions close on August 31st 2005.
2. The win a bottle of champagne monthly competition for customers who leave their business cards closes on the last day of each calendar month. The bottle of free champagne will be provided when the winner and three or more friends dine at 10-16.
3. Entries for both competitions can be made either in person at the restaurant, using your personal business card, one of our special entry cards, via our web site or in writing by post to our business premises.
4. After these dates, one entry will be drawn at random for each competition and winners will be notified according to the details they provided within two weeks of the competition closure.
5. The competitions offered in both restaurants are open to all UK residents aged 18 or over.
6. No purchase is necessary, and entry for all competitions is free.
7. Only one entry is allowed per person per competition.
8. Responsibility cannot be accepted for lost, damaged or delayed entries.
9. The prizes are as stated and no substitutes or cash alternatives are available.
10. The restaurants’ decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into
11. Winners agree to take part in any accompanying or resulting publicity
12. A list of the winners will be available by sending an SAE to Neal Bates, Brasserie 10-16, Brookdale Place, Chester CH1 3DY within 2 weeks of the competition closing date.
13. We reserve the right to use all details provided to contact you again in the future with other promotions. This information will be stored and used in accordance with Data Protection Act, and will only be used to contact you regarding Brasserie 10-16 and our group of restaurants – it will not be given or sold to any third party.
